Mentor/Mentee Program

SWID's mentor program has been an integral part of the organization since it began. This program matches active organization members with a respective mentor from industry. These industry professionals are typically involved in the ID program and are well known contributors. The mentor program offers real world experience for students by not only helping them learn how to conduct meetings and stay organized, but to answer any questions they may have about life after graduation, during school, or even in their personal lives.
